Yes. The app is open source under AGPL-3.0-or-later. Bundled libraries and AI models retain their respective licenses. There is no subscription or account required to use the desktop app.
The current desktop interface is in Spanish. This website is available in English and Spanish. The Privelto brand rollout does not change the current package language.
